Over the past nine years, I have worked in operational as well as consultancy roles gaining experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, IT and ERP systems. I began my career at Atlas Copco in strategic procurement, but I quite rapidly engaged in projects focusing on logistics and supply chain optimization. In 2019, I relocated to the USA and became the inventory supervisor for the North American Service Center. This moment purposely coincided with the local SAP S/4HANA implementation, which gave me the opportunity to actively drive a wide range of business processes (procurement, planning, inventory management, inbound, internal kitting, warehousing/EWM, outbound) towards a successful steady state in SAP S/4HANA. I learned a lot by managing a new ERP system, COVID-19 disruptions in combination with providing essential goods and seasonal demands (e.g. hurricane equipment). When moving back to Belgium, I decided to test my knowledge and skills by joining a consultancy firm. I specialized in process optimization and SAP S/4HANA implementations for multinationals (e.g.: Galapagos, Bridgestone, Johnson&Johnson, and more). After multiple years of successfully completing small and large projects, I decided it was time to discover new horizons and to start up my own company.
